The lounge room was very comfy with a wood fire and a lovely big TV. The staff were welcoming and provided lots of useful information. The hotel was very clean and had fresh eggs for breakfast every day.

The staff were incredibly thoughtful and professional, even sending me a helpful email with key instructions. The rooms were comfortable enough with a homely feel, and the communal areas were well-appointed with couches for relaxation. The hotel also had an amazing kitchen, the best I've ever seen in a hostel worldwide, with clean and well-stocked utensils, pots, and pans. It was an absolute pleasure to cook in such a clean and organized space.

My stay was marred by bed bugs, which proved to be a nuisance long after my stay. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, this bed bug issue was a significant drawback.

The free wifi was fast and the coffee was great. the view from our room was breathtaking, we had a lovely time hiking and exploring the area. Despite being a bit expensive, this place is definitely worth the money.
